Programmer/Developer

The Programmer/Developer will work in a team whose primary task is to develop and maintain applications and scripts used to process a wide variety of data sets by the Data Processing Group.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Working from requirements specifications to develop or modify software applications
  • Produce clear, efficient, documented code
  • Assess existing applications for potential improvement
  • Comply with project plans and industry best practices

In order to be successful in this position the qualifying candidates will have expertise and experiences in the following areas:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or requisite experience
  • 1-3 yrs experience working in C# / C++, .NET Framework 4.5
  • Source Control (GIT)
  • PDF manipulation
  • Code documentation
  • Microsoft SQL database manipulation and report building
  • DOS Shell scripting
  • Microsoft Access

Maintenance Technician

The maintenance technician position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the production equipment in our automation department on second shift. He/She will:

  • Perform mechanic skills including mechanical and electrical, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machine and equipment
  • Must be able to use a computer to generate and send reports each night to our accounting Department for billing. Also able to use a computer to upload jobs.
  • Must be flexible with hours:
    • Normal weekly hours: 4:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. but may be later depending on our daily volume; may be as late as 2:00 a.m.

Mail-Sorting Clerk

  • Transfers mail from machine to tray that automatically addresses, weighs, and sorts printed publications, for mailing according to zip code by performing the following duties:
    • Ensure proper mail processing with the use of all provided tools and quality assurance measures.
    • Inspects mail pieces to ensure proper characters are present according to class of mail.
    • Inspects mail and removes defective pieces during processing.
    • Stops machine to clear jams.
  • Must be flexible with hours:
    • Normal weekly hours: 1:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. but may be later depending on our daily volume, may be as late as 2:00 a.m.
